Mr. Barbour supports clients in the day to day tasks of accounting system modifications, government contract cost accounting, incurred cost submission schedules, indirect rate calculations and loadings, provisional rate requests, unbilled analysis, government and commercial contract set-up, project cost allocation, government and commercial invoicing/billing, proposal pricing, and month-end and year-end closings. He also assist clients with accounting system audits, pre-award audits, and post-award audits by revamping their chart of accounts, timesheets, payroll & revenue items, and the company’s policy and procedure manual to reflect the process to meet and pass DCAA accounting standards.
